My 195s are CARB legal, but who the hell can tell?

The bigger Ford AFR heads don't have the hole drilled for the smog pump which the emission legal 165 and 185 have.

The issue with upgrading to heads like that is I would not only have to buy the heads but then I'll also need new rockers.
