Congratulations to Danica Patrick!
She becomes the first female driver ever to win a IndyCar race. It was her 50th career start - not bad. Article can be found here.

What a cry-baby. The rules specify a minimum weight for vehicle with diver, she makes that criteria. Fine. F1 has the same setup, and the drivers are within a narrow range of weight/size. I think there is an example in pro-stock motorcyle drag racing, where the bigger dudes simply had to leave the sport because they could not be competitive with the smaller riders (including women). What can I say, life's not fair. |
