Looking for a stellar and honest engine builder in So-Cal to go through a non-smog, pump gas 454 BBC blower engine, and make ready to run as trouble free as possible.

Shaolin Crane has a guy who seems to be extremely skilled, honest and very reasonably priced to boot. However, I was under the impression he was exiting the business, so I'm not sure if he's available anymore.

Dick is still there for a couple months. If you bring it soon i'm sure he could take care of you.

Thanks for the ping back VZ, I should have included that I need a "DYNO Sheet" and blessing report from a big shop, on this engine also. I'm going to sell this engine and it needs to be benched marked for performance and a basic build list etc. Under other circumstances (like I was to run this engine in my car) I would inquire with "SC" as you advised. :)

If Dick can't help you, you might try Troy at Pacific Performance. I believe he has a an engine dyno room, etc. They've built a ton of drag car engines and should be able to hook you up. Troy is a straight shooter.

I am independent yes, but Dick is who does my machine work.
Dick does not have a dyno but does have connections for places like Rod Phillips and Castillos which both do.
