Expecting

Well, as you may or may not know, Kristina and I have been expecting. And as of this last Friday, it is my great pleasure to announce that we have a new addition to the family. A healthy 3,650lb little bimmer. 4 wheels and 2 doors. Absolutely a little miracle.

She's a 335i coupe. Haven't decided on a name yet, but believe it or not the DMV didn't need one. How cold.

She's going to be Kristina's DD, and a bit of fun for me while I'm away from the Vette and itching to hit an onramp at 90mph. For those of you who don't know Bimmers, she's a twin turbo inline 6. 13.5 second quarter with 30 mpg freeway.

Guy informs me that I will now have to wear Easter colored shorts, polos, and red sandals.

You're also going to have to learn how to drive like ass now. You know, cut people off, almost hit people in crosswalks, speed through parking lots past families with children, etc.

It's the truth, statistics has proven so.

Congrats on the new addition. Not sure if you saw but we just added to the family as well, a 2013 Fusion 2.0L EcoBoost.

You need to wear at least 2 polo shirts and the collars have to be "popped"

Balla!

This thing is a beast though, and it handles like a mother fucker. It is really a very well built machine. Not a bad DD.

Nice 'stats' Guy. If you did a search I remember writing once that lifted Ford trucks and 3 series Bimmers are the worst.

I'll bet research also shows that 90% of Vette drivers are over 65.

I am still who I am, not the median of my specific car population. Plus, I didnt get the 200hp Saloon for $45k. I got the TT Coupe for a price worthy of a Guy craigslist find.

Found it, called, took a long lunch to grab cash, put down a deposit that day.

I listed the "stats" because it listed the exact thing that Ron mentioned. This is the interwebz, we don't need stats or facts here to know that driving a bimmer makes you a dooche. Or that a lifted Ford Diesel makes you an asshole.

I think lifted gas truck owners are bigger assholes than diesel owners. Lifted gas truck owners lift their trucks knowing that they will be getting 8mpg.
