How long does it take? I knew a guy who did it once at a gas station to fuck with some people, didn't look like it took all that long. Maybe he had a different programmer than you do.

Depends on the truck. Older computers can use a flip switch. Some newer ones can but all custom tunes require loading, takes 5-15 minutes for me to load a custom tune.
