New to me 2013 Fusion
Picked this up today from Julian at Villa Ford. 2013 Ford Fusion SE with the 2.0L EcoBoost motor (38K on the clock, 231HP/270ft/lb). Needed a new daily driver that was easier on gas and a family car, the automatic might have had a pretty strong influence as well. Gonna get an intake, tint the windows and maybe down the line a cat-back.

I like the fusion. Great sedan.

I have wanted one for years now. When the current body style came out in 2013 I REALLY wanted one. Now I got one. Amazing how that works out.
Shannon took it the store after I got home and the first words out of her mouth when she got back were, "that thing has some pep!" |
How's the gas mileage?
Just been driving around town and getting 22. I am thinking that once I start driving to work next week I will see about 27 combined since I drive mostly freeway miles. I will report next Friday. If I do not get at least 26MPG I will be disappointed.

Ford did a great job on the design on those. Nice cars.
Borrowed more than a few cues from Aston Martin.
I want one too.

It was the same designer for both cars.
First tank netted me 23.25 MPG. Hoping that the next fill-up will be better since this tank had a little spirited driving which in the vehicle drains the fuel rather quickly.
The Fusion has a name BTW... Conor. Sorry guys, not stripper name for this car.
Did you cross check that name against the official stripper name list for both male and females?

Congrats The Fusion is cool we looked at a Titanium ecoboost all wheel drive (I loved it) before we ended up with the Mazda 6 for Sally
Latest fill up I got 26.5MPG. I would say about 80 of my driving to work is freeway. In the morning I use cruise control most of the way. On the way home in the evening traffic is a little heavier but still moves pretty well most of the way.
