First ticket

So I got my first Speeding ticket today on the 261 going 80 in a 65. The problem is I got it after LOSING my job. fml...
Anyone know how much these things cost?

I got one in Utah and it cost me about $150 total. Not sure about California though. Sorry to hear about your job :(

I paid over $300 (with traffic school) 2 years ago for going 80 in a 65 on the 5.

Yeah I think its in the 300 range. Thats okay at least you were doing something. I got a $320 ticket for tinted tail lights and tinted windows. Thats bull shit, if I don't want to show proof it is something like $1100.

You can always go to court and tell them your situation, you will pay for sure but maybe half of what they want. I realize it's a business; they just want you in and out quick.
