I went to my appeals hearing today. I spent all week writing up all kinds of statements and facts.:thumbs_up:

They didn't even look at it. I was told to just give them a summary of what I wrote. :rolleyes2:

My old Employer did not even show up. They called in 2/3 into the hearing with some lame ass excuse and did their statements over the phone.

The Judge even swore them in over the phone.:smack:

How in the HELL does that get them to tell the truth. They still lied their asses off.:censored::censored::censored::censored:

Thanks, if it goes against me, then I have one more appeal. I WILL use that. It's just that it takes so long to get this done.:(
