You've lived a good life water pump

At just under 218,000 miles the original water pump on my Suburban started leaking from the weep hole. I bet the replacement won't last that long.

Probably not. I had an OE replacement for the Aveo (from hell) leak from the weep hole out of the box. . . .

I ordered o new one from Rockauto so hopefully it doesn't leak because exchanging it will be a pain in the butt.

My new one was from Rock Auto too. Just happens. It sucked like essentially everything about that car.

I've had pretty good luck with the airtex pumps that Eddie has. Usually matches rock auto prices too. I put over 100k on the last one I used on one of my powerstrokes.

I ordered a Gates one from Rock Auto and got it installed last night. Luckily it does leak at all.
