You're not going to go wrong with any of them. As memory serves from reading and watching reviews etc, the CBR is generally regarded as the best all arounder, especially for ergonomic comfort. THe R6 the most pure sport bike, a little twitchy and very high rev powerband.

You need to go sit on all three and see which fits you best. Eric has a '97 GSXR 750 and I hate the feel of it. If I lean forward on the tank for long rides my head is way past the wind screen. It's just too short for me. I used to have a '89 Katana 600, well Phil actually did and Eric's dad still has it but it was really comfortable. The only other street bikes I've ridden are a '84 or '85 GS550E which was Eric's dad's bike that I rode back in high school and Bredan's '10 ZX14. Hands down though Brendan's ZX14 is the most comfortable.
