You may need to add a shim once you have it done. Remember that you're lifting the truck so you'll be increasing the U-joint angle at the output shaft of the transfer case. The U-joint angle at the pinion should be close to that same angle.

I'm more worried about my drive shaft length.

Got the Axle under the truck Long enough to make a few measurements for shocks.

Looks good with the tires on.

I pushed the truck back a bit to see how level. The ass is a little high but i think it looks good.

This is how it was before.

There is one right next door to The Muffler Man here in Fullerton. I forget their name to be honest.

J.E. Reel Driveline in Pomona (909) 629-9002. That's who I used for the driveshafts in the Explorer. Phil also used them for the driveshafts in his FJ40 when he did the V8 swap.

Well i got the truck back together.
It rides fine and smooth
The only issue I'm having is an odd noise when Go off throttle in 5th or put the clutch in at higher speed (55+)
It kind of sounds like grinding but If something was binding I would expect to get the noise when i'm under acceleration as well

I'm not getting any strange vibration in the drive line so i'm not sure what the issue is
