Gates open at 4. First run id 5. Quite common to let runs happen before 5

That's good, I didn't think they open up that early. They still close at 10 right?

I think so, but most people have bailed before then. You can really run a ton there in one night with plenty of Taco time, etc.

You can get alot of runs in before 6. After that its pretty difficult to get a lot of runs.

That's because everyone likes the cooler temps, as do I.

So who is going?

I might be down for going on the 7th but I won't know for sure until it gets closer. I haven't taken the Cobra to a dragstrip in a while so it would be fun to run it again.

Please not to break stuff eh.

I didn't go. 3 people were supposed to go and they all backed out, bastards.

On my long list of things to do, I hope that doesn't make it in there.

100% going tonight, probably leave around 6ish.

I will be there in my vette. leaving now.

My best was a 1.88 60' and a 9.2 1/8th mile. I'm disappointed with the 9.2 but I found out my intercooler water pump wasn't working at all when I checked it last week. I need to change my plugs to the colder NGKs I have, install a 180 degree thermostat instead of my 160, and do some sort of CAI setup since my plastic cross tube broke too many times. Probably go again in about 2-3 weeks. It looks like they are going to do Saturday nights as well.

One of these weeks if we can put a decent sized group together I roll and take pics and vids.

I plan on taking the blue car for some baseline runs pre blower. Probably wont have it registered but that's what trailers are for.
