How much boost is a stock STi turbo good for? Is it bigger than a stock Evo turbo?

MassAppeal 05-06-2009 07:37 PM

on pump stock turbo maxes around 20psi tuned
the evo turbo is like 2x times bigger then a STi's
not really 2X but the STi stocker is really really small.

Someday, if you show discipline, I'll let you see my private collection of authentic war era Lugers.

WagonSleeps 05-07-2009 10:12 AM

This car wasnt externally gated, it recirculated back into the downpipe.

Evos run Reds, Subies run Greens.

Reds are a bit too laggy without race gas on a subaru.

reds are good for evos since they boost 20 + psi safely.

My uncle (gunfish) belongs to a gun club and I believe goes and shoots clays fairly often. It might definitely be a possibility.
