What is this a competition to see how much weight you stick over the front axe? Do you ever want to turn? :smack:

Drag racing requires no turning except to get on/off the track. Not a problem.

And racing. :drink:

It moves, therefore it races.

I beg to differ, I have a Duramax with little work that will run 14 with 5-10 grand it would run high 11 low 12 seconds. Thats fast for a truck that size.

That's relatively fast even for a modern performance car. Heck Sean has a pullied Cobra and mid 12 is all he's ever seen. :nutkick:

If anyone wants to donate 5 or 10 grand ill donate the truck to test out my theory!

Come out on Halloween and run it in the quarter. If you run in the 13's you might be able to beat Adam's Mach :D

Let's use Ron's car.

I side with Ron. The the Audi was fast due to beign the first real race car at that level with desiel. The the restrictions were not as strict as the gas powere rivals. Audi also leveraged a chassis that had been dominante for several years were there was no real competition. I would believe it if Audi built the diesel R8 and raced it in GT2 were just about every manufacturer with a REAL history in international roadracing competes.
