Hmmm, what brand, spring rate, etc?

When I dropped off my car over at Spectre Performance they had a new toy they bought. 2007 Black on Black GT500 with 7K miles. The dual-dually push truck was there along with the El Camino. I will see if they will let me take some pics.

How do you even do that?

enkeivette 12-20-2010 01:26 PM

Oversteer, and get the front end caught on the bank while the car is still moving sideways?

So I was at my friend's house today to retune my computer for new larger injectors and sort out a problem, when he offers to show me a new addition to his stable. As we stand before the garage door, about to open, I'm thinking Harley, maybe a new Camaro next to the Vette project car, then he's "man, it's really a buyer's market out there."

Yeah, guess so. Not exactly what you expect to see in a middle class Torrance neighborhood. These (355 F1 Spyder) aren't super expensive as Ferraris go, but they ain't exactly chump change either. I *think* he said he spent about $62k for it. The most recent service from the previous owner, was like a $10k "refresh".

It's pretty awesome, next time he's going to take me out in it.

And the Vette ain't exactly stock, it's a 402 Twin Turbo with turbo headers that alone are works of art, fabbed up by a guy who does exhaust fab for Indy cars.
