100 lbs? Suck a dick, its a little aluminum snail and a 15 lb Al intercooler. Psh

Carlos, you dont need your wife's car to beat us, your ego alone can take us on. Hahaha :p

Guy, mmhm. Youre admitting that if you still had a Dart block/ werent afraid of grenading yours youd want another 150 hp. Thats kinda sorta my point right there. :p And say what you want about your NA car, but you just dissed centri blowers for track cars... and you have a centri blower... and you wish you had more power... face it dude, more power kicks ass.

No doubt your NA car and Carlos's car were built more for more of a track minded purpose than my Vette. But c'mon, if any of us were given a choice between a 400hp GNX and a 1,000hp GNX, we'd all pick the 1K hp one, and worry about beefing up everything else later. Cuz in the end we all just wanna go fast. :)

But hey, maybe you guys are right... Im gonna go disconnect my secondaries right now, then everyone will like me more.

Sure, come out to AA speedway. I will do a flying lap in the stang. Then we will see if you can match it.

Why do you have cats on your C6? Do you still drive it on the street?

Weight the brackets, head unti, pulleys, heat exchanger, resivour fully filled and i bet you'd come close.

If your argument made any sense then i would spin for the fences and worry about it later. But im not, the entire car was built to the 500rwhp power range and i have no plans on going past that. Yes, it would be nice to take it to its potential, but i'm not. And im not spouting what the car could do if it made 650rwhp. Its at a range where i have complete confidence in everything. I can push the car exactly as it is without "lets race from a roll, at night, on the west side of the sun with a slight crosswind" type of race.

My choice of a power adder, not just a centri was easy. I want more then the typical 320rwhp fox, but it has to pass smog, theres only one solution to getting those numbers and still appeasing kommiefornia. A sbf will NEVER make 500rwhp and pass smog, ever. More power is great, as long as you can use it. If you cant use it, theres no reason trying to compare what it "Might" do. Make as much power as you want, shit make 3000rwhp, but unless youre gonna race at the track what does it matter.

I wish, i still have registration issues to go through, plus im too poor for a speedventures event. Adams or irwindale would be a cheaper choice

:blah:

Can't take back what you said! You're a kid with toys! Own it!

I'm not taking back anything. If i hated power then a stock fox would be right up my alley ;)

The STANG not the vette. Flying lap in the STANG. BTW, yes the vette has cats and is driven on the street (Ever drive to work on Hoosiers?).

Shove a giant tampon in it.
