It is a 4 speed (auto)

For 900 bucks including 2800 stall converter , with upgrades, I am gonna get it rebuilt.

I just remembered I have a set of beehive spring take offs from C5 ZO6 heads. I had Troy at Ford Performance Solutions test hte spring presure for me to see where I was at. He said the one I gave him off my head was at 120lbs and the Beehive was at 100lbs (virtually identical over the nose whatever that means.) he thinks I wouldn't have any trouble just using this.

Whattya'lls think? Maybe I could sell the set of ZO6 springs and buy at least the correct (matched replacement).

enkei, thanks for the link to the set of Lunati, but that's out of the question now. Phil's buds shop has sets of hi performance springs for like $140. If I could get $40 for my ZO6 springs . . . *maybe* . . .I'd buy a new full set, but I'd generally prefer to spend a penny right now.

Here's a pic showing them side by side. Click to make ginormous.

I was just showing an example of dual springs sold under that title. Just throw the Z06 springs in there. If he told you they were virtually the same rate, valve float shouldnt be a problem.

If you turn up with S shaped pushrods like Ron, I was wrong. :D

Yes. Haha. Autos can be fun, if you have enough hp.

That'd be cool. I do like consistency where possible. Got your text. Now that's for 120lb single coil LSx springs?

How about some triple springs ? Might require some more mods though.

These came off a Pro Stock car.
