Maybe we could have like a box car derby and see whose car is fastest rolling down a hill.

What cam do you have again?

224/224 114LSA .566 max lift

Basically it's small/moderate, but the biggest you can put in a ULEV (2001 Caamaro) vehicle and still pass the sniffer.

Three of the most common posters on here have dead cars right now, how funny.

PS. I'd win the soap box derby. I run synthetic in my diff and gear box. Also, I'd bring an oar. :P

Haha, actually Ron would prob win. He doesn't have a 4 decade old IRS.

I sent him the pics. He will call me back later. I also asked him if we popped the spring off and ran it over to him to test the pressure, is there a chance he would have one laying around. Do you have a compression gauge or leak down tester to put air in the cylinder and a single valve spring remover? If not you can borrow mine. Air up the cylinder, take the springs off, put a couple zip ties on the valve so it can't fall and take the air back off until you have the spring.

Is it considered dual, if it is in two pieces ? I didn't look close enough the first time !:nutkick: Other ones I've done had dual. Now that we got it off, I know it is single.

Eek! I saw a 4 speed laying on the ground under a... nova? Down here at the pick your part in Chula Vista.

There are a few 80s and 90s F bodies in the stanton pick your part too. Get a T5 and make it work! Should be cheap and easy.
