Are you gonna have to cut into the floor in the rear or are you essentially just moving the mounting point to right underneath the floor?

It was when you were here and I've been in Atlanta since then so my guess is yes but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure yet. I originally moved the lower mount from the leaf spring perch to up on the axle because it was limiting my down travel. I lost 2-3 inches I think but I'll have to measure to see. I'm going to move the lower back down to the original mount and then see how high the top has to go. I have 2 inches that I can go up on the upper without having to cut the floor so I'm hoping I can make it work. If not I'll cut the floor and then weld it back up so that the shocks are still outside the truck.

Is the Cobra a Mod motor or a 5 . slow?

1994 so it has the 5.0.

Done, Done and Done !! My box was already 2.5 turns lock to lock , so just had it rebuilt.

The T/A box has only 1.5 turns lock to lock and is valved for more road feel.:inout:

I had our supplier send me a " Quick ratio box " It was 4 turns lock to lock :bang: ! Just fixin mine was a better idea
