I meant < 7L. It would have to spin and breath like a Ferarri, but that's a big bore short stroke, flat plane crank, crazy DOHC. Not sure that's in the cards, even with all the progress that has been made for OHV, but who knows considering how far they've come while still making them cleaner to boot.

The LT5 wasn't bad for its time but I would only take on in a ZR1, I don't think I would ever swap it into anything.


But the new LT1 is a killer, no need for DOHC, we have VVT with our single cam and we have DI, and the fucker still gets 29 MPG EPA, (they could of said 30 MPG if they would of kept in eco all the time)

I really cant wait till people crack the new ECM and start to mess with it, I cant even think about how much power is just a tune away.

Steering box is sort of a common problem. Lifted truck often get new suspension components all the time. Stuff does wear out in 250k
