Apparently just the right angle at the right amount of effort to pop it out. Took about 30 minutes to snap it back in.

About right. I stepped on my palm to pull it straight then used my body weight to force it back in, then used a doorjamb to finish it.

Good news is I can finally move my arm, sore as fuck, might have to get surgery this time. :(
