75s is amazing, especially since youre not very big. My shoulders are just freaks, dont let that throw you off. If you can shoulder press 150 lbs free weight, your shoulders are fine.

Yeah, I'm up to around 12-13%. Gotta eat to bulk quickIIy. I do seated presses for 8 not 10
i need a lift up to get the weight there because of my shoulder but I can do the presses. Still hurts though.

For those wondering I'm up to 195 but a good bit is fat. I can cut down, always do.
