No more weightlifting for me, other than light weights for conditioning. This is my workout now. Watch the video below.

I don't bench heavy. My shoulder plots to kill me when I do. Anything above 2 plates I get nervous

I'll probably work in some Muay Thai after I get in better shape. However, that's no easy feat at 51 yrs old and ~30 lbs overweight.

Shaolin Crane 03-20-2013 01:10 PM

Well, if you'd like the training, let me know. I'd be glad to offer it.

Thanks for the offer, but the guy holding the mitts is my personal trainer. He is a 2x Muay Thai champion in Thailand.

Haha. I started up boxing again a couple of months ago. I used to box when I was a kid so I finally got off my lazy ass.

You could train on the hillsides where the cattle roam.

Shaolin Crane 03-21-2013 12:03 PM

There's a gym in chino hills off the 71, theres one in diamond bar off the 57, near the brea mall, and fullerton. It's really not that far away from the gym you go to now, pick a day and i'll be there.

enkeivette 03-24-2013 02:49 AM

Ill go to Brea if you want to drive there.
