If not, have fun, be safe as always! :drink:

How are you not into canyons run with a stick :jester: Didnt you have a fox built for road racing?

I work until 2pm (getting off early to make it) and will need 1.5 hours just to get there. 4 pm is about the best for me.

4pm works for me.

We're doing this. I might even be able to show up. 4pm meet at A. The exact details from there (there's only a variant of where to turn and leg to take) will be decided by then and drivers will be informed . . . obviously.

Leedom 11-09-2010 10:22 PM

Have fun guys.

Sorry, so much going on in this thread. Are you guys going this Saturday? That doesn't leave me a ton of time to get threads up, but I'll do it tonight if so

Yes. See Op. Meet at A at 4:00pm.

M-B-Photography 11-10-2010 10:11 PM

My dad and I are interested in this one, though we don't know anybody so we'll see. Last time we only went because we knew Larry (RavenX in the other black Challenger R/T, then also had the chance to meet Kevlar in his titanium R/T).. If one of those guys go, then we will most likely show up as well ;)

KDRacer73, are you going to put on another firework show under your car?:p

Only kidding, wouldn't want to see that beautiful car turn into.. well...:crutches:

You never knew anybody until you got to know them.

As for me, my injectors haven't showed up and there's way too much going on even if they did. But I'm still 50/50. Might hitch a ride in an open seat from A, or just drive my dd Protege and enjoy some tunes. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll snake my wife's MX-5.

I just gotta find someone with a dash cam to follow me , so I can watch too !!

M-B-Photography 11-11-2010 08:41 AM

Haha good point vettezuki, my dad just always feels awkward jumping into group things not knowing anybody.

kdracer73 Hahaha I guess if you got to see it from our view you wouldn't be quite as bummed or upset about the damage!

I plan to have two cameras rolling on the car. I'll have one taped to the front bumper, and one taped to the rear wing facing backwards. They turn out pretty good video to be cheap Nixon digital cams

TheClaw101 11-11-2010 08:53 PM

If my car is ready by the 13th I will be there in my evo. In the shop getting a new clutch, cams, and E85 tuned. So should be fun if I am lucky enough to get the car back by then.

Well since you guys are down in my neck of the woods I just might have to join ya.

I havent taken the Nate Harrison route as I usually head to the S6 grade. There is Mothers Kitchen at the half way point just before you head down the E grade, it'd be a good spot to stop and regroup, pee, grabe a water, there's a store there too. You cant miss it, it'll be on your right as you come up to it.

Word. Hopefully I'll find a way to make as a "staff" representative, but I think we'll/ya'll just decide on a final route at the meet up spot. Whoever knows it can lead.

After a lot of thought & programming of my navigation unit, I’m in.

DarkestSpade 11-13-2010 11:24 AM

Do we have an official count of attendees? I'm really broke right now and am wondering if the 1 1/2 hour drive will be worth (no offence to people who ARE going you are all great I just would like to eat next week if only 5 people show up.)

Hi All... The run was great!!! although, i only did half of the run, you guys rock ass and thanks for showing this noobie around with the crew. :hail: its been a while since i have taken my ride for a run which i thought the run that you guys plan was impressive and beatiful. unfortunately, i did dent up my ride just a little bit, but it was all worth it. I like all of the different background in these type of groups so I'll be excited if we can ever do another run together sometimes!

ps- next time, i am putting on my track tires so that i can burns rubber like all of you.

(listed alphabetically) 123benz, blackax, DarkestSpade, jedhead, kdracer73.
Thank you for turning a long, stressful, traffic-filled day getting to the meet spot into a really enjoyable evening run. A special thanks to kdracer73 for your automotive gymnastics. Also, kudos to whomever did the maps; they were bang on right from the start. Looking forward to the next cruise.

kdracer73 11-14-2010 07:59 AM

The Few, The Fast, The well fed.

The view was AWESOME at the top !

The Ride up was great. Tight and fast going up Palomar Mtn Rd. Coming down was a little rough, but no big spark show this time

The food was very good ! I passed it at first (no lighted sign ). Frankie said " I think that was it ! " Then I SMELLED it ! Holy CRAP ! Gotta find a spot the 5 of us can u-turn !
Hard to get good pics and video in the low light. I posted a short video in the vid section.
Frankie loved having all the men to herself !

All you " full scale nancy-boys" that didn't make it, missed a very good cruise !!

DarkestSpade 11-14-2010 09:58 AM

Had a great time as always, and even though I was a late the drive was well worth it. See you all next month!

Hope to see you around more 123benz we need all the members we can get :)

Vettezuki 11-14-2010 12:44 PM

I'm glad it was a hoot for the few and the proud. For you new guys, we do a run (our very best to do a run) every second Saturday. The reason I pushed to do this even though no Motorgen staff would be there is to keep that consistency and to try a new run. After talking to Sean, will probably do GMR in December and do this run again in January.

Redondo Jon 11-14-2010 03:58 PM

I liked your original idea or a small variant thereof.
