Well I got the new door hinge pins and bushings in today. Damn that was a pain in the ass. I'd post pics but I'm sure you can all imagine what pins look like.

Not sure how they're supposed to come out. It looks like they were installed with the door skins off. And there was no flippin way I was going to take the skins off. You can't hammer the upper pin out, it will hit the door skin and get wedged. So I cut the tops off and hammered them down. I installed the new ones upside down, they're press fit so I'm not worried about them falling out. Anyways, my doors are aligned better now and they open smoother.

Also, I picked up the glue for the header today. So I'll get started on that after the cruise.

The "proper" way to do it is to take the door off of the hinge. Then the pin can be driven up. Sometimes it will come close to the upper surround, in that case grind a flat in the head to clearance it. Very bad things happen if the pin should fall out. Maybe tack weld it in place.
