I've never used the Hoosiers but Guy has so he can tell you about them. I installed my new NT01 on the Cobra a couple weeks ago and they are an awesome tire. I have about 1000 miles on them now and I can actually give the Cobra full throttle in 1st gear and they barely spin. On my street tires it spins 1st, 2nd and the upper RPMs of 3rd.

You failed to mention, or I failed to notice, how many miles you expect to get out of a set. There are big differences obviously, cost per mile in the ones mentioned here can be 400% or more difference.
