Oh yeah we gave it to him. But his conditions of his car being stolen and getting drunk had no direct relation. Basically since he was convicted of a DUI at one point, legally the insurance company was allowed to shaft him on reimbursement. Ergo, fuck the government.

Yes. Unless there is a clause in the contract about such conditions, that's bull shit breach. It's irrelevant.

94cobra69ss296 (Ron) and Throttle Crazy (Phil) who are brothers go ALL the time. I have a Jeep and went a lot when I was a teenager as I lived right up against some foot hills. Here's a run we did a couple years back.
