Wow...Initially, all we heard was that CHP had closed off the road and not allowing cars to go through. Then we heard that people were getting tickets for no front plate. :suicide:

Great cruise, fantastic road. Had a ball. You folks that panicked at the Chippies missed out. They were pretty cool actually, and the cruise was well worth the fix it ticket. :thumbs_up:

We did not panic... Cars came from the front and told us to "TURN AROUND".
I wish they didn't do that. I have a front plate, and planned and drove a LONG way to do this today, Including race gas.:(

What an awesome drive! Thanks to all who set this thing up, aside from the front plate incident it couldnt have been a better time.

Was great gettin to meet a lot of u guys too.

I would have been rocking the Hello Kitty Miata, which despite being sold in CA, never had a front plate. Glad some of ya'lls enjoyed the run. :thumbs_up:
