The corvette factory teams are running 1 and 2 again:drink:. It's still really early on. The LG motorsport team is running strong (qualified second, but had an off due to contact).

Ferrari, Porsche, Jaguar, and BMW don't matter:sm_laughing:.

The Mazda prototype car has some kind of engine transmission failure, but what do you expect from a Wankel anyways. Good luck with that Enkevette:(.

Nissan doesn't participate in sanctioned motorsports just internet hype:sm_laughing:.

Pray for Rain in Atlanta. Corvettes are currently 3rd and 4th. They dominate in the rain, but lost time in the pits. It's really competitive, , but it's corvette FTW in the wet.

You got your rain. . . Johnny O beaches it in the kitty litter.

One thing I like about F1 is that they don't stop for rain . . . any amount of rain.

4th and 6th. 4 off total. it they would have red flagged it a couple laps earlier we would have won.

F1 is 100% irrelevant.

There are no ifs in competition, only did/did not. :nutkick:

F1 is watched by more people than live in the United States. Requires refined coordination, serious stamina and reaction times that boggle the mind; more like a fighter pilot than a driver. Some teams, namely Ferrari, uses it as an essential test bed for technology that finds its way into street cars (e.g., E-Diff).

It has happened, but it is exceedingly rare for a race to be called for rain.
