Volkswagen is nearing a fix for thousands of 3.0-liter diesel vehicles affected by the emissions scandal, reports Bloomberg. The repair is expected to involve a software upgrade and possibly a new catalytic converter. With this fix, VW is hoping to reduce the risk of another expensive buyback program, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg....
