Quality "Home" Lift?

What would be a good quality home lift? Safety features is No. 1 by a mile, but it wouldn't be seeing commercial traffic. Just curious. If I get this place that is currently in process, I will have a 1,000 square foot shop just for car/wood working stuff. A lift might be nice at some point if they're not too crazy expensive.

Bendpak makes a decent shop quality lift for around 2-3k

The lift that Sensei gave me for my birthday was an older chain driven lift, he purchased 3 of them for around 500 each. Lots of shops going out of business and its easy to get them cheap
