Luxury automakers are always trying to find ways to pamper car owners, and now Lincoln (http://www.autoblog.com/lincoln/) is getting into the game by offering its Sync Services complimentary for three years on all 2013 models. Based on Sync (http://www.autoblog.com/tag/sync/), this technology can give automated information such as turn-by-turn directions and traffic updates, as well as news, stock and weather updates. It also has 24-hour live operator assistance for when users want to talk to a real person.
Lincoln Sync Services joins the ranks of BMW Assist (http://www.autoblog.com/tag/bmw%20assist/), Mercedes-Benz MBrace (http://www.autoblog.com/tag/mercedes-benz%20mbrace/), Lexus Enform (http://www.autoblog.com/tag/lexus%20enform/) and Infiniti Personal Assistant (http://www.autoblog.com/tag/infiniti%20personal%20assistant/), and after the three years of free service, users must pay $199 per year. Lincoln points out that Lexus (http://www.autoblog.com/lexus/) only offers Enform free for one year and then charges just over $260 per year after that.
