In light of higher gas prices, which though will come down some in the near term, and NG's stable lower price (around $2 for gas gallon equivalent), just wondering if anyone here converted their car to NG or thought about it.

I've thought about it. You could fill up at home, it would be very cool. But I don't drive my toy enough for it to be worth the investment.
And I like the idea of being able to take it wherever I want, and fill it up with 91. If you can't drive it cross county, it's not much of a street car.

If you do the home fill station (which isn't cheap though) the cost goes below $1 per gallon equivalent. Also, NG is like 130 octane. I wonder if it might have better cooling effects too.

Just remember the CNG home fill takes roughly 6-8 hours for a fill.

Yes. Definitely an overnight thing. Takes longer than even charging an electric car on 220.
