I think (my humble opinion, of couse) that the idle log off is not necessary. I think that I should be able to log in in in the morning at work and be on all day, no matter if I'm active or not. But, I also understand that I may not be privy to the necessity of having an idle log off, technically speaking.
Thoughts?

The Old Man brought this to my attention last night as well. We'll see what we can do.

I'll look into. At the very least it's not a big deal now. It might become more of an issue when we have a million users :)

Yes now that you bring this up, I do notice it here when I'm at work too. Annoying in my opinion. It should be like email, you are logged on unless you press the option to log off, or you restart your computer.

Just a thought if it can be fixed.

Ok, I changed it to 8 hours. It was 1. I remember now, the reason I did it is that it also affects how long people remain on the "Who's Online" section, and I wanted a way to get a quick snapshot of current activity. Not so important.

IMO, Sean is annoying, this is a mere nuisance. :smack:
