Doesnt the tcs only fully function when the clutch is released all the way? Slipping the clutch more with a bit higher rpm would probably help alot.

btw, do you still have your stock mufflers?

no, magnaflow catbacks.
Basically, I let off so the tires could get some traction since I didnt wanna just burn my new tires up all the way down the street. when I let off, TCS kicked in and it bogged.
youll see a better launch when I put the drag radials on lol

What i meant was, did you get rid of your stock mufflers? I'm in need of a set for Vanessa's car, would you like to donate some? :D

Basically a 2 step and rev limiter

The WOT box does have a 2 step feature, but it isn't exactly a rev limiter (other than the 2 step feature). It is primarily used for no-lift shifting. It cuts your car's ignition for a very short time during no-lift shifting, allowing the synchros in your transmission to mesh more easily.

You're right, but since when do you lift when you shift anyhow? Dog rings ftw.

I don't lift when I'm racing, never have. But I don't understand your question. The WOT just makes it easier for the average enthusiast to no-lift shift.

With my LS at least there's no way I can't lift. If I shift anywhere near red line and don't lift it'll ping off the rev limiter in miliseconds. I have an aluminum FW, which might be part of the reason why. I have to back off some.

Sounds like you're the perfect candidate for the WOT box then.
