I love this economy. Hopefully it stays super depressed for toys for a couple more years. :smack:

If in a couple years they're like in the 50s, I'd be awfully tempted to overlook my complete hatred of GM. Hard to imagine they'll dip that much though.

If GM keeps running their company like they do i can see them dropping more

Is it strange that I prefer the Z06 to the ZR1?

I think the price will decline for a few more years until they are not made anymore in order to meet CAFE standards. Then used suburbans and muscle cars will start to appreciate since they won't be available new.

Bob, I think your analysis is quite sensible.

Regarding ZO6 vs. ZR1. Mmmm, there's two things I don't like aobut the ZR1, one of them is easy to fix. The stock chrome wheels are kinda low rent. I also don't actually care for the window into the engine bay, mostly because there's not much to look at. Sorry guys, it's not a Ferrari, it's a plastic engine cover. Nevertheless, side by side, just pick one to have and use, no question ZR1.

I can't think of anything I don't like about the ZR1. Although if I was to purchase one, I would get a 2012 or newer because the newer interior is so much better and the new Michelin tires are great.

It's my own little slice of hell that a car I love as much or more than any other, the whole Corvette franchise, is made by an organization I despise.
