I suppose it's possible, but who would plan to do a hit at a gas station? They are virtually ALL under surveillance of one kind or another.

Yes. Price goes down, less desperation, use and addiction become focus of medical not criminal problem. Legalization will not increase number of addicts. As we now see empirically from broad decriminalization in Portugal, where addiction rates have gown DOWN. The drug war causes violence and death all over the place.

This video shows him at the pump....walking around his car and getting in , as the perps pull up and jump out out of the Pathfinder. It was 11 sec from the time he left the pump until the A-hole was at his door.
