It may not have been official but we got a group of about 10 to 15 of us together and went and saw F&F4. We all laughed during the funeral scene because they parked a bunch of ricer cars together and that amused us.

I have not seen 3. When I heard that they dropped a ricer engine in a Classic Stang I decided not to watch it. :censored:

I doubt the inline 6 that originally came in the 1st gen Mustangs made over 100whp. No exaggeration. The turbo inline 6 which was the same size as the Ford motor made probably 4 or 5 times the horsepower.
I'm going to watch it, but yall already know that. <3 Vin Diesel

PS my friend Dan is nearly done with his fully forged H&C 200 Turbo FI I6 swap in his 66 Mustang. Should punish nearly all of the 289s out there, and it's all Ford. Make you happy?
...except for the Rods which are Chevy.

Dude, I'd bring it with a 2JZGTE Mustang. That's one of the great motors of all time.

It wasn't a 2JZ, it was a Nissan motor from a Silvia.

So you're thinking, gosh I'd just love to support this project but I just don't know how. Well wait no more, we'd be delighted to take your money or other valuables.
If you have a PayPal account and prefer to use it, just send money to paypal@motorgen.com. Make sure to put RX-Snake on the subject line.

I stand corrected. BUT I'd go with a 2JZ cuz that's how I roll! I was probably projecting.

Nah man, it was RB26DETT out of the Skyline GTR, one of a handful of japanese engines I can really respect. 2.6 liter inline-6 twin turbo, very reliable, nearly 300 horses stock and supports over 600 with stock internals. Still a V8 guy though.

Thought it was an I6. That's basically the Nissan version of the 2JZ.

Probably because you said Silvia, which (AFAIK) only came stock with the SR20 (S13,14,15). The RB is a Skyline motor. Practically speaking, the SR20 is a 4-cyl version of the RB.

I'll go watch it but after a week or so after it comes out. I don't wanna be in a theater with a bunch of high school ricer car kids. Even though here in La Verne there's only like 20 people at the theater at given time. I just wanna see that Stingray roadster race car....even though they launch it off a cliff. >:(.

They did take the motor out of a Silvia in the movie. I don't know where it came out of originally. But I know it wasn't a Yota. :P

I will wait for it to come out on the movie channels. I am not into watching delinquents trash bad ass muscle cars. I may have a turbo 4 banger but its still a chevy and my heart still stays true to the V-8... No replacement for displacement... First thing my father taught me.

A C2 grand sport roadster and a GT40 in the first real car scene of the film.
