South Park

Possibly the greatest show . . . ever. I love their even handed bashing of dumb asses and always (well, usually) ending on something resembling a positive moral message.

Some of my favorite episodes are "Die Hippie Die" and "Scott Teneman Must Die". The latter actually reminds me of Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus, which there is a great film version (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120866/) of directed by Julie Taymor, starring Anthony Hopkins.
