I never got around to posting pictures of this trip like I said I would. We headed out to Johnson Valley and camped by the big rock formations off of Powerline Rd.

It was a good time but we had a few drinks that night and decided to go play on the rocks with our Jeeps. Some of us were a little too ballsy with all the booze and we had our only breakages of the trip before we even started the real trails; one guy broke a u-joint on the front axle and the other bent is tow bar pretty badly.

Anyway, here are some pics:

Camp the morning after getting there and breaking stuff

The best and most famous part of the trail

That's all I have. We should plan a Motorgen over-nighter.

Looks like fun, but it has been 25 years since I had a 4X4. 76 F150 with a 428CJ. Great truck, but I had to get rid of it when I got married.
