Hello all, I recently bought a car worth showing, my 2005 CTS-V. I'm looking forward in joining a cruise and making new friends before heading overseas.

Everything is stock for now.

By the way I live in Camarillo......one or two Vs here in town, I haven't met them though.

Welcome, aggie1979, there are at least 2 other CTS-V owners on here and 1 STS-V owner: John (user name blackax, who own a '05 CTS-V), Bob (user name jedhead, who owns a STS-V), and myself ('09 CTS-V). I occasionally have get togethers between the SoCal turbo Buick owners, mostly from TurboBuick.Com, and any CTS-V & STS-V owners that I can round-up.

No big mods on this car till i come back from my trip next year.

Headers
CAI
Lowering springs
Z06 Clutch
CAG eliminator
Tuned

The big one for me is going to decide if I want to change out the rims or not.
I do like what's on it now. I might get them powder coated black, but I'm still debating it. So many great looking choices out there, that doesn't help my indecisiveness  .....

Also I was thinking of wrapping the interior trim with real carbon fiber....

For sure, I work weekends I'll have to get a day off for this meet. I already ask for it off, they still have to get back with me.

You said the 23rd, I didn't see anything in the event section.

Classic!!!

I'm still waiting to hear from my boss if I can have the day off. Hopefully he'll let me know by Tuesday. I also have to change out the AC compressor that took a dump on me.

You are gonna need to clear the fog lights....Its a really easy mod cost me 20$ and it looks way better ( I need to re glue mine but they still look great)

Yeah that's on the list of things to do, I already have all the supplies needed to clear them out......so much to do, so little time. We have an inspection coming up in December, a lot of off time is being spent at work. I don't have alot of time to do stuff to my car.

Did you clear your side markers too? I can't seem to find clear marker covers online. I don't want to make any, but will if I have to. I just don't want it to look tacky.

Looks like I won't be able to make it fellas, My buddy ask for that day off way before i did. Something about his little girls birthday or something.

Maybe next time,
