Alright everyone, monthly cruise time.

The meeting point is a Wal-Mart parking lot. The address for Wal-Mart is:

Let's meet at 4:00p.m. We'll leave the lot at 4:30p.m. We're then going around Lake Mathews. For anyone that hasn't been, the burgers are excellent. I would say they're at least as good as In-n-Out! We should arrive at Five Guys around 6:00p.m. for anyone that just wants to meet up and hang at the restaurant.

Wow, used to cruise up to the overlook for the lake to watch the '' submarine '' races with the local women folk. Also would go very late at night and catch catfish, oh and release them for sure. That road has some wicked elevation changes and alot of blind rises. Lots of fun around 2 am.

And what camera are you using that shoots at 60fps? I'm guess your source must be H.264. If you have a system to transcode to Flash Video, it will load and play the fastest here. I'm happy to do this for you if you don't want to bother.

Roger. ffmpeg works just fine and it's hard to beat the price.

Nothing special, but gives a flavor. The sun was almost always in the wrong placre, which, when combined with my rank amateurism leads to less than optimal results.

Traffic on the 91
Traffic on the 15
Traffic on Ontario Ave
Traffic on Temescal Canyon
Traffic around the lake
Wal-Mart Security

Lessons:
That route is good at night. We'll do it again during a full moon or something when traffic should be non-existent.

If I remember that story correctly, WalMart (in different parts of the country) was allowing people to stay over night in their parking lots. Saturday, was just pretty crowded to begin with and it sound slike Sean had to deal with security guard who maybe took his job a little too seriously. :huh:
