The listing agent wanted me to amend my offer from a VA loan to a conventional loan today before even submitting the offer:bang:. I told him sure, but the numbers will be much different based on the interest rate and the fact that I took the concessions required by the VA loan for the seller into account when I made my offer.

Well I seller has approved the offer, but the bank is processing. I was like WTF you told me I would have an answer by today, but now my realtor states that that was just from the seller and not the bank.:(
