I'd like to put something like this in a Studebaker Starliner someday. Smooth and quiet with plenty of bite.

I didn't know your motor was blown, very cool.

Yeah, it's got a little blower on it. It isn't very efficient. It's maxed out with the pulleys I have and is making ~8 -8.5 PSI of boost, but it heats up the air pretty badly, so I got a larger intercooler reservoir and added the small shot of nitrous to cool off the air charge. It's suits me fine for now. The stock internals aren't gonna take much more anyway. So, until I build the engine to take more abuse, I have to live with it.

How stout is your crank? It's easy to change out the pistons and rods without pulling the motor. Maybe it's time for some better heads and new pistons and rods. Then you can up the boost to stupid levels.

The crank will definitely handle more power than the rods or pistons, but I already have a forged crank and forged H-beam rods for when I get ready to rebuild. I'll decide on the pistons when I decide whether I want to go with a high compression nitrous engine or low compression FI.

The heads on these engines are pretty good as is. I know guys that have run in the 10s with stock heads and cams.
