Shouldn't send me to a message telling me I don't have sufficient privilege to access the page, it should send me to their public profile.

IF you're logged in and click on a username, it should open a contextual menu with options like "View Profile", "Send Message", etc. If this is not the behavior you are experiencing, describe the system you are on (PC/Mac, OS, Browser Version).

enkeivette, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

When I'm in a thread and I click on someone's name a menu of options pops up. But when I'm on the Forums page and I click on a name, that happens.
