Tripped over this story this morning-

The author is a former lead writer for Wired who went out into the real (not New York) world to learn about America and got a job at WalyWorld in Flagstaff. This article details his experiences, from the hiring process to the day-to-day reality of how Wal-Mart really works. Fascinating reading!

It's an interesting article, but it's clear from the start he's definitely very pro-Walmart....

Kinda my point, an ex-writer for Wired positive about Wal-Mart. Would have bet lardge againsr that.

How dare he!
That's not the point. My point was simply that I doubted the objectivity of the author. I don't like Wal-Mart though, the stores are always horrible and everytime I go to one I feel depressed about humanity.

I'm just breakin your balls. It's easy and popular to beat up on Wal Mart. Some of it deserved, a lot of it is nonsense IMHO. I'm a Target/Costco man myself.
