The Lakers really have their act together right now and then this had to happen... Let's hope he bounces back quickly and gets back in the groove for the finals.

The worst part is that the reason he is injured is because Kobe ran into his knee :(

I'm just glad it's not the same knee as last year. Hopefully it's nothing serious and at worst he'll be out for a few weeks, similar to Farmar's injury.
Last year's injury was against Memphis too, wasn't it?

I know, it's horrible. Sorry I didn't call you today Sean, we just ended up watching the game somewhere else. I will call you next weekend and we'll set something up. Keep your eyes on the California section :drink:

I agree Kobe is the man (as long as he stays away from any daughters I may have in the future).

Yeah, the Lakers are done. He's out 8-12 weeks which probably means out for the season. (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3879472) :suicide::suicide::suicide::suicide:

Kobe went off for 61 tonight though, pretty damn impressive.

Yeah and they still only beat the 21-26 Knicks by 9...they're going to have to do a lot better as a team, especially in the low post/paint defensively now that Bynum is out.

You didn't watch the game. They were up 20 when Kobe left. They just let the Knicks score down the stretch and that's why the score looks close at all

I watched the first 3 quarters or so and turned it off at the end, so no, I didn't see when they pulled Kobe out. I did, however, see the Knicks get more points in the paint, especially layups right thru the Lakers defense.

Yeah, I'm still in shock. I don't know how they pulled it off, especially with how poorly they shot from the line...59%...absolutely terrible. For the last few minutes of regulation and the entire overtime I was standing haha
